KELTNER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment suspending Howard Randal Clement's driving license and driving privileges for a period of ninety days. See TEX.REV.CIV.STAT. ANN. art. 6701l-5 (Vernon Supp.1986).

We affirm.
