This action arose out of a dispute as to plaintiff's obligation under an insurance contract with defendant. Under the agreement, plaintiff agreed to indemnify defendant for loss resulting from dishonest or fraudulent acts of an employee. While plaintiff concedes its obligation to pay and has paid a portion of the amount claimed by defendant, there is a wide discrepancy between the amount claimed and the amount paid. The action...
