This appeal involves a dispute between the two owners of a 192 acre farm near Culleoka concerning the manner in which the farm should be partitioned. One tenant filed a Tenn. Code Ann. § 29-27-201 action in the Chancery Court for Maury County requesting that the property be sold. The other tenant objected to the sale and insisted that the property should be partitioned...
