Paramount Petroleum Corporation ("Petroleum"), appellant, appeals a judgment rendered in favor of Taylor Rental Center ("Taylor"), appellee, on an equipment rental contract. Petroleum challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence and the trial court's refusing to admit defendant's exhibit number five.
