This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of defendant General Electric Company in a sex discrimination suit filed under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. The district court, in granting General Electric's motion for summary judgment, held that the plaintiff Mary Rogers had knowingly and voluntarily signed a release waiving Rogers' Title VII claims against General Electric.
