Otis Elevator Company ("Otis") appeals from a grant of summary judgment in favor of the University of Alaska ("University") in the University's action for damages. On appeal, the parties argue the scope of Otis' contractual duty to indemnify University for fire damage to an elevator maintained by Otis.
