OPINION

ASHWORTH, Justice (Retired, Sitting by Assignment).

A jury found appellant guilty of theft of over $20,000.00 and assessed his punishment at 10 years confinement and a $10,000 dollar fine.

Judgment affirmed.

The instant case involves a number of different instances in which appellant and his associates, who worked under his direction, falsified the credit records of various individuals so that General Motors Acceptance Corporation...
