PER CURIAM:

This action arose from a contract to sell equipment to a mining venture commenced by Houston in Spring Valley near Lovelock, Nevada. Houston purchased a trommel1 from Meredith to process ores from its mining claim. The trommel allegedly did not perform up to Houston's expectations.
