Republic Airlines, Inc. ("Republic" or the "company") reinstated a suspended attendance policy. The Association of Flight Attendants (the "AFA" or the "union") objected. The issue proceeded to a System Board of Adjustment which determined that Republic could not reinstate the policy without first bargaining with the union.
