This appeal arises from a judgment denying injunctive relief to plaintiffs, Bill Kuhn, Kenneth Laborde, Jack Donnow, James Patterson, Larry Thompson, Henry Turner, Glen Guilbault and John Corder, relative to the nonconforming use of a residential apartment owned by defendant, Jack Sciortino, in the Parish of Jefferson.
