This appeal arises from the district court's denial of plaintiff's petition for attorney's fees filed pursuant to the Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Awards Act of 1976, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 1988 (1981), after the entry of summary judgment in favor of the defendants. The underlying action involved the plaintiff's claim that his Fourteenth Amendment due process rights were violated by the defendants' actions...
