This appeal follows a conviction for the offense of burglary in the third degree, in violation of § 13A-8-5, Code of Alabama (1975), and sentence of fifteen years' imprisonment as a habitual offender. For the reasons outlined below, the judgment of conviction and the sentence are due to be affirmed.
