McMILLAN, Judge.

The appellant, John Beavers, was convicted of the offense of burglary in the third degree in violation of § 13A-7-7, Code of Alabama (1975). The appellant was sentenced to 30 years in the State penitentiary pursuant to the Habitual Offender Act.
