Plaintiffs in this action were all employees of Nepera Chemical Company, Inc. ("Nepera") on September 15, 1976 when defendant Warner-Lambert Company ("Warner-Lambert"), Nepera's parent company, sold all of its Nepera stock to ASAG, Inc. ("ASAG").
