This is an appeal from a judgment on a jury verdict in a workers' compensation suit. The court awarded Appellee, Venita Courtney, death benefits as the widow of Bennie R. Courtney. The jury found that the deceased sustained a heart attack in the course of his employment which was a producing cause of his death.
