The Oregon State Bar filed a complaint against Howard R. Hedrick, one of its members, accusing him of unethical conduct in two separate causes.

The First Cause of Complaint alleged a violation of:

"DR 9-102 Preserving the Identity of Funds and Property of a Client. "(B) A lawyer shall: "* * * "(3) Maintain complete records of all funds, securities and other properties of a client coming into the possession...
