On July 25, 1984, the defendant, Ronnie Isaac and co-defendants, Randall Moss, Darrell Green and Michael Ferdinand, were each charged with armed robbery. On January 9, 1985, trial began for the defendant Ronnie Isaac and the two co-defendants, Randall Moss and Darrell Green. After the jury was selected, and out of their presence, co-defendant Randall Moss pled guilty to armed robbery, waived legal delays, and was sentenced immediately to serve twenty...
