This is an appeal of a worker's compensation case brought by appellants against Texas Employers Insurance Association, appellee, to recover death benefits under the Texas Worker's Compensation Act for the death of their son, James T. Bissett, who was killed in an aircraft accident in Kingsville, Texas. The cause was tried before a jury which found that the death of Bissett did not occur in the course of his employment.
