Appellants Paul W. and Carol L. Mischler (the Mischlers) contended, in a pro se action in the district court,1 that the imposition of restitution as part of their sentences breached their plea agreement. The district court denied relief. While we see no merit to the contention that the plea agreement was breached, the district court did not properly ascertain the amount of restitution which could be imposed...
