GIERKE, Justice.

This is an appeal by defendant, Carl Indvik, from the guilty verdicts returned by a twelve-person jury on January 25, 1985, on two counts of reckless endangerment and one count of terrorizing. On February 6, 1985, Indvik was sentenced by the District Court of Rolette County. Indvik filed a notice of appeal on February 12, 1985. We affirm.
