PER CURIAM.

The summary final judgment in favor of The Keyes Company awarding it fifty percent of the real estate brokerage commission in a somewhat complex transaction is reversed. The procurement of the ultimate purchaser by Calhoun and the uncertain language employed in the brokers agreement created a question of fact as to the intended division of the commission.
