Shubbie appeals the district court's denial of his claim for § 2255 relief. We affirm.

Shubbie was convicted of three counts of making a false statement in the acquisition of a firearm, 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(b); receiving a firearm which had been transported interstate after having been convicted of a felony, 18 U.S.C. § 922(h)(1); and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, 18 U.S.C.App. § 1202(a)(1).
