Defendant, Huey Pruitt, was charged by bill of information with the September 27, 1983 and November 7, 1983, armed robberies of Bruce Campbell, owner of Poppy's Poboys, a violation of LSA R.S. 14:64.1 On January 6, 1984, defendant was arraigned and pled not guilty to both counts.
