Johnny Ray Hookfin was charged by grand jury indictment with two counts of aggravated rape in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42. The rape victims, a seven year old boy and his five year old brother, are hereinafter designated as Joe and Paul, respectively, in order to protect their identity.
