STATE v. JENKINS

No. 85-KA-0037.

476 So.2d 478 (1985)

STATE of Louisiana v. Thomas JENKINS.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, First Circuit.

October 8, 1985.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Allen J. Myles, Asst. Dist. Atty., Plaquemine, for the State.

John Bemiss, Port Allen, for defendant.

Before EDWARDS, LANIER and JOHN S. COVINGTON, JJ.

EDWARDS, Judge.

Thomas Jenkins was convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to thirty-five years at hard labor, without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence, to be served consecutively to the sentence defendant was already serving. He has appealed, alleging that the trial court erred in (1) admitting into evidence a diagram of the crime scene drawn by a State witness, and hearsay testimony; and (2) denying his motion for a new trial.
