PER CURIAM:

This case involves a straightforward statutory interpretation question regarding the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d)(1)(B) (1982), the provision in the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA) that requires that applications for attorney's fees under Section 2412(d) be filed "within thirty days of final judgment in the action."1 The question presented is whether this provision requires such applications...
