The question presented in this case is whether the three-year Statute of Limitations, Maryland Code (1974, 1984 Repl.Vol.), § 5-101 of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article, is tolled during the pendency of a defendant's efforts to repair negligently installed glasswork in a building.1
