PER CURIAM.

This is an action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 brought by Michael Gene Haas, who was a prisoner in the Lyon County, Minnesota, Jail at the time of the events giving rise to his claim. The defendants are Paul Moe, Sheriff of Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, and others. The District Court1 granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment, and we affirm.
