WISDOM, Senior Circuit Judge:

James Chang, the plaintiff-appellant in this case, appeals the district court's denial of his motion under Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b)(6)1 for relief from an order dismissing his case. He asserts that the gross neglect of his former counsel necessitates relief from the order. We find that the district court, 103 F.R.D. 401, did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion...
