This appeal arises from a suit to enforce specific performance of a contract of sale filed by Ray Chevrolet-Olds, Inc., plaintiff-appellant, against Helene H.K. Garbarino, defendant-appellee. The plaintiff brought this suit to recover the purchase price of a 1983 Oldsmobile Regency automobile which it claims the defendant purchased from the plaintiff.
