The appellant, Edward Jason, appeals the district court's order affirming the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) denying his application for disability benefits. Because the administrative law judge (ALJ) applied the wrong legal standard in determining that Jason's impairments were not severe, the district court's order affirming the Secretary's decision is vacated and the district court is ordered to remand this case...
