CIACCIO, Judge.

Eugene Barriffe, Jr. and Errol Ware filed suit to recover damages against Mr. and Mrs. Luis Ortiz for alleged acts of invasion of privacy and negligence. Plaintiffs also sued Luis Ortiz for unlawful eviction. A jury rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiffs and awarded each the sum of $250,000. The defendants appeal alleging that the verdict is contrary to the law and evidence and further, that the trial court erred in refusing to grant their motion...
