Richard A. Newman appeals from the judgment entered in his favor in the Eastern District of Michigan on his action against the railroad under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. § 51, et seq. (FELA). Newman's appeal is limited to his disagreement with post-judgment orders entered by the district court denying his motions for prejudgment interest and for certain costs.
