MURRAY, Justice.

The plaintiff in this wrongful-death action, Barbara Smith, appeals from a Superior Court order dismissing her action against the defendant Turner and Newall PLC for lack of personal jurisdiction.

The facts, such as they exist in this abbreviated action, are not in dispute. On July 20, 1981 Barbara Smith filed an action pursuant to G.L. 1956 (1969 Reenactment) chapter 7 of title 10 against some thirty-five named defendants...
