Appellant was found guilty by the court, sitting as factfinder, of defrauding a secured creditor in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-2304 (Repl.1977). The court assessed punishment at three (3) years suspended imposition of sentence, payment of a $300.00 fine and court costs and an additional $200.00 to be paid to the Victim Relief Fund.
