SNEEDEN, Circuit Judge.

This is a malpractice action. We are asked to determine whether a two-year statute of limitations bars the claim of a patient who alleges that her doctor's failure to remove an intrauterine device caused her to become infertile. The district court dismissed the suit as untimely because the patient failed to file suit within two years after her relationship with her doctor ended. We agree and affirm the dismissal.
