Appellant filed suit against appellee in the Washington County Circuit Court wherein he alleged the appellee committed slander and intentionally interfered with his contract of employment. At the close of the appellant's case the court directed a verdict in favor of the appellee on the intentional interference cause of action. The jury held against the appellant on the slander count.
