OPINION
PER CURIAM:
This is an appeal from the district court's order authorizing forfeiture of a vehicle used in violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Appellant argues, and we agree, that the state must prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt before an order of forfeiture may issue.
