Plaintiff-appellant McCarthy Well Co. (McCarthy Well) brought this action against defendant-respondent Aladdin Electric Co. (Aladdin) for non-payment of amounts allegedly due on a contract. Aladdin answered alleging McCarthy Well breached the contract, and counterclaimed for damages.
