Robert Beard appeals from a final order entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Arkansas denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. For reversal, appellant argues that there was insufficient evidence to revoke his probation and that the denial of his motion for a continuance and substitution of counsel violated his right to counsel. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
