This cause is before us on appeal from a judgment and sentence entered upon a plea of nolo contendere to attempted second degree murder without a firearm or weapon. The Public Defender filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), finding no error in the record below.
