On October 5, 1984, Debtor filed his voluntary Chapter 7 petition. On December 27, 1984, Debtor's former spouse ("Vivian") and her attorney ("Sabbert") timely filed a complaint objecting to Debtor's discharge and seeking to except from discharge certain debts.
