The issue presented is whether evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant should have been suppressed as being illegally and unconstitutionally obtained. We find the search warrant to be invalid, but by applying the "good faith" exception to the exclusionary rule, recently established in United States v. Leon, ___ U.S. ___, 104 S.Ct. 3405, 82 L.Ed.2d 677 (1984), hold the evidence seized to be admissible and, therefore, the denial of the motion...
