Appellant, Keith Edward Turner, was convicted of rape, a second-degree felony. Punishment was assessed by the jury at 20 years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections and a fine of $10,000. On appeal, appellant contends that a witness' reference to a polygraph machine, the prosecutor's remarks during argument, and the prosecutor's reference to appellant's post-arrest silence require reversal.
