In a non-jury trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Bentley Dixon was convicted of assault with intent to rob and sentenced to three years imprisonment. Upon appeal to the Court of Special Appeals, that Court by per curiam opinion filed on October 21, 1983, reversed the judgment of the Circuit Court. On November 21, 1983,1 however, the State filed a motion for reconsideration that was granted...
