In our original opinion, Rufino Rodriguez Gonzales v. State of Texas, 692 S.W.2d 520 (Tex.App. Beaumont 1984), this Court reversed appellant's conviction on grounds of "prosecution's introduction of an arrest of the appellant which did not result in a final conviction."
