This case is before us on remand from the Supreme Court. 460 So.2d 595 (1984). The plaintiff, Frank J. Cavalier, filed suit against the Houma Courier Newspaper Corporation, alleging that he was defamed by a news article reporting a criminal arrest at his grocery store.
