Bankers Life appeals from a jury verdict and judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court in favor of Crenshaw of $20,000 actual and $1,600,000 punitive damages, arising out of a claim for accidental loss of a lower right leg, alleged to be covered under a Bankers Life group insurance policy...
