This is an appeal from a take nothing judgment in a breach of contract case.

Appellant, American Communications Telecommunications, Inc. (American), sued appellee, Commerce North Bank (Bank), seeking damages and attorney's fees for breach of contract, alleging that Bank wrongfully paid a check drawn on American's account with Bank and debited its account in the amount of such check in disregard of the agreement specified...
