FACTS

On or about March 12, 1979, plaintiff, a thirty-four-year old Rhodesian female, was evaluated by the East Baton Rouge Parish Health Unit.3 Plaintiff had a positive skin test for tuberculosis at that time and a history of a negative Heaf test in 1965.
